hmn who ripped whoís sounds?

in a manga series from 2001, I have heard TWO destinct sounds that I swear is also ambience sounds in FL.
I watched the whole series (9 hours straight) so cant remember which episodes it was.

They could both have purchased samples from the same sound library.

or maybe they are just generic sounds which they both added to their "mix" (like just about every sound effect from Doom)

one of the two is EXACTLY the same.... (noticed it because it is one of the cooler ones)

You'll notice a lot of the audio is from one game or another from MS bought up software houses.

Engine audio = Some Battle Ship/Flight Sim audio files
Menus = Star Trek etc etc
