shield for freighter

can you explain me why there are shield of level 10 for freighter but no freighter with level 10 ? this shield are for what ???

eh, dno, ill get back to u once i find out if lvl 10 guns are supported, if there's a ship that can support those guns, then it can propably support those shields.

There are no freighters that can support level 10 shields, it's just something the developers left in the game for some reason. The highest class shield a freighter can support is class 7 I believe, on the Humpback. Dromedary is 5 or 6.

i've find a solution : take a mod with a big cargo
his shield is level 10 !
