Main characters

Is there any place where you can find the main characters after the main storyline is over?

I don't think so. Orillion is near of the planet Toledo, order's base, but there are no jump gates to that system. You can't go to Alaska system, i think its where freeport 7 was destroyed, because the jump gate is disabled. Same thing with the Tohoku system.

And juni is an official again and i'm not sure she'll show up 'til the add-on.
