Uhh.. Where did those 15 levels go ?

One minute I am level 17 and doing the last SP mission, when its over I find that I am level 32.

Is this how its supposed to happen ?

You must've made a lot of money in between SP missions by trading or taking jobs at bars. After the SP, your level is based solely on money, so if you have a lot you can make a big jump up.

Ahhh that would probably be it.

I took my time with the main storyline and did a lot of exploring and trading in between missions, finished up with around 1 million credits or so I think.

Was just a bit of a shock to see the levels jump like that
