Help please : No missions available

I have done 3 campaign missions, but there's never missions available on the bar board, is it normal ?
In the demo version, there's a lot of those missions ! I don't understand.
And it's very hard to make money by commercial issues with only 400c.
The message on the board is : No missions available at this time, Come back later.
And i am level 4... With good reputation with LSF, Liberty Police Inc, Liberty Navy...
Can someone help me ?

Go somewhere else. While it isnt at all likely that there is no jobs, especially in manhattan, or any other liberty place, i guess it is possible. Most of the time its a faction based problem, but you say your good faction w/ liberty people. Check the technical issues forum. Might solve your problem there.

Try hittin' N. Maybe you still have a mission objective to complete. Did you check your info panel (2nd from the right). It should tell you what you need to do to reach the next mission. If you've done all that. Try the tech support area.
