how to buy Titan ship

help, can anyone let me know if I need to befriend corsair in order to buy the Titan ship and if yes, which faction I need to kill in order to please them

kill off the ****** and *******!

Click on the rep bar (the human icon) and click on Corsairs. Check the enemy listing, and kill those factions.

You can also look for bribe at *********

..and I just wonder, where do I buy one of those?...
