Moonstalker missiles

I was wondering where you can get the Moonstalker missiles (used on defender2's while mashin freeport7
survivors)

Umm... just about everywhere?

65 bases has them, even some in Liberty. You normally have to be on friendly terms to buy them.

Just that the AI CHEATS and mounts uber weapons on their Defenders... damn I wish I could have a tricked out Defender... well I can edit the crap but it isn't as fun.
