Mission 3 stuck

Mission 3 after the cargo escort i need to go with Juni to California Minor ,underway i encounter 3 military ships "Valkyre - Rheinland" and then nothing happens.In the missing log it says "awaiting objective".
I can't dock to the minor planet and gates keep closed.
Also i have parts of audio dialoque missing in .
Maybe are there issues with SB live soundcards,i didn't found anything on the net. Could anyone help me please ?

all i got to say is the same thing happened to me so i had to get a save game off a friend just after mission 3. th emissing sound files continued on for the rest of the game so i missed half the storyline. what a bitch

Thx for feedback guys.my problems are solved now.
after installing the 2 fraunhofer updates i have sound again and the stuck moment is also repaired,bizar that these are related with each other
