Server patch yes its currently going through online testing, game patch no idea.

Server called DA Patch 208.34.203.75:2302

There is a server only patch on the way.
The client game does has some interesting bugs in it, but for better or worse, I must admit that the current client is in much better condition than many games I've seen after extensive patching and could actually do well in it's current state.

I would say there is about a 25% chance of there ever being a client patch in the future. Considering the state of the game now, I would not say that there is a position to complain if the client never was patched even though the first finished build was released.
