If you're in the single player storyline you'll have to go through the first few missions to get access to all of the jumpgates, you'll easily be able to tell which one it is when you come to it.

If in multiplayer you should already have access to them all except for ones that are only functional during the storyline missions...

So you dont need a special type of ship or attatchment to your ship????

no you get it after a few missions as a reward
