The next lvl requirment counts down till you get it. So now you need to get another 46000 and you will hit lvl 19.

Well something is off with the numbers you posted, but if your net worth is 101,000 and it says next level 45,000 you should need 146,000 to become level 19. It is a countdown, so if you add together the requirement and your current worth that sum is your target worth.

hmmm many people say this, but its not true for me... 661k needed, i had about 580, then 30 k later i leveld up.. not 660k....

During SP, it compares current worth with the next level's base worth. After SP, it shows you current worth against how much you still need to get for the next level. Why, I don't know.
