How can ANYBODY say that FL got rushed?!?!?

It's so delayed, the game would have been dropped had it not been "pushed" to release...

Ya a game that took 6 years was rushed.

But I kinda agree with the rushed thing. I think they just went through so many changes that when they finally came to this final design they didnt have time to completly finish what they wanted. I bet this version has only been in devolpment for mabey a year or so. So it lacks a bit of polish in some places.

Ok, well I'm back. No one, not one person on this thread has posted a correct answer. So I am to believe that nobody knows how these ships restock or drop cargo when destoryed.

I reset the server, killed the delirct craft and still I didnt get any cargo.

I reset the server again, took another player to it, one that doesnt have ANY CL 10 weapons, he destroyed it and still cargo did NOT drop.

Does anyone really know for a FACT how this works? Or is this feature classifed to only those who fork over more money for a Microsoft Strategy guide?

thanks,

It is a fact that "rebooting" the server will restock all wrecks..

I've actually attempted to get class10 weaps after doing so before a reboot. And for some strange reason they were destroyed. It wasn't my fire power that destroyed them either. I tried firing at the wreck with a weaker gun, then I would watch the class10 weaps float away from the wreck in flames. Kinna sucked.

Other than that I can only offer you some rumors.

I heard that the wrecks will restock on their own in seven working days time.
I also heard that you have to be a level greater than 34 to get the lvl10 wrecks to drop.

Dunno though.

Not all derelicts drop stuff, you did not mention which one you were running your experiment on so this is certainly a possibilty.

I am pretty sure you don't have to be level 34 to get the class 10 drops. I think I was lower than that, but I don't remember for certain. And I also remember seeing somewhere that the different wrecks have different respawn rates. So some may take up to a week, but I don't believe that all do. And if a wreck is already looted, then the contents still come out, but in flames instead of normally. So that just shows that it has already been looted (in this case, by you).

Well, regards to the Clvl requirements for good drops...In single player, at lvl 17, I got 2 diamonbacks in Kusari (sorry I forget which wreck, and if I knew I wouldn't want to spoil it for anyone). Hope this helps!
