German launch delayed

Well, i'm German but i'm not affected by the delay because i BOUGHT the Australian version (identical with US version but ships in a DVD box). I think it's not fair to assume that all Germans who already play the game are using an illegal copy.

which is totaly my point, imagine how much would have bought the game if it would have been a worldwide release date. many many play already with their import versions, many aswell with warez copys.
and german seems to be really the last country on the planet that GETS its copy, while they seem to be one of the most active players.

(in starlancer it went so extrem that we had nearly 50% germans ... and german as "official" language in the main chat

seems so that that kind of games is simply very popular over in germany.

Whatever Toxic. To mention a delay in the release in Germany has something to do with the war is just....well.....stupid and short-sighted. It is probably a logistical or production delay. It just amazes me that there are those that are hell bent on inserting politics into everything including a game.

Well my luck a buddie of mine got the us version,... since he'll borrow it to me because he's out for i week,.. i can play it.

I will buy the full game,... and REALLY HOPE that my saved games work with the UK version too!

Hmm im australian and my copy came in a regular box.

Hm, then it must be the Asian version. That's possible because the shop where i ordered it from has three shorts: US, DV and AS. The latter stands for "Australian or Asian version".

In order to prove that i'm not sh*tting you i made two scans of my stuff, including a hand written note that shows that it's really my copy of Freelancer.

it wasn´t meant that way you maybe think of.
it was a kind of joke, not very funny.
that´s why i wrote this funny little true sentence at the end of my post.

but don´t you know that the usa will/have make/made a blockade against Germany and France (for example) and that the us was told not to buy german things?

the german car-industrie for example is very strong in amerika, (e.g. BMW, Mercedes, Porsche...) and that´s gonna hurt Germany !

But back to the topic,
the game is delayed here, thats all there is nothing to argue about it.
WE can not change that.

That´s hard, but that´s the way it goes...
