best way to get in with the hessians?

i've killed about a hundred outcast and my rep hasn't budged.. i see the corsairs are first on the list.. but they're neutral to me and i really don't wanna change that.. so what's the best way to get the hessians to like me???? anyone know what bases the people who can bribe you in usually hang out at? i neeeeeeed a sabre

Go to Freeport 9 in Omicron Theta. The Bartender will hack your Records with either the Hessians or the Corsairs.
