COMPLETELY green status?

Hey guys i was wondering, is it possible to be COMPLETELY green as in friends with for example corsairs ?
Seems to me that the status bar is stuck on the last square lol it fills green all the way, except the last square..

Can it be filled? and if so, what happens.. does your name get the group tag or something..

If you set starting faction attitude to 1.0 they will be full green, but I've never seen it go past 0.91 normally even doing dozens of missions for that faction.

it seems 1.0 is for SP only, i.e. scripted (although I never saw "full green", only "full red" in SP)
