Shields

I have the titan ship and my current shields are something that begins with B and have about 8000 hit powers, are these the most best I can get, or is there better? if so where they at?

Look at the class of shield. If it's level 10, then it's the best it can be. There are three different types of level 10 shields (graviton, positron, and molecular).
