Addicted! and a question about one blonde girl

Hello u all

Well first thing on.. i've finished the SP ! I don't wanna rush it, really, i want to take my time, but the Story was SO compelling, that I just couldn't wait to advance! I read the news in bars EVERY time i dock, so that i can really grap the storv even more! Igot the game on thursday, spent 6 hours on that night, and then straight 18 Hours on friday!! No I'm not bored, And no... i won't say "That's it?" because it was great EXPERIENCE, and i've never regret it. I'm planning to do some MP and doing the SP once again with my initial intention : to take more more time outside the story

Now to the question, anyone who knows please answer me, this has been tickering my mind from yesterday :

I saw once the preview of Freelancer on GIGA.DE, a computer game tv magazine in German. In one cutscene, i saw Trent was kinda flirting(!) with a blonde girl (forget the name) that was working as a station communication officer. Trent was going to ask her out, when the Station was suddenly attacked by the enemy!, and so, the girl quickly tell Trent to scramble out of the station and defend it, while she was screaming maydays and alarms to the whole station.

Now that i've finished the SP, the girl was not there, the mentioned mission neither!

The previewer said that he was 'sad'(in good way) because everytime Trent making an approach/advance to that girl, he has to experience some kind of interruption..(big kinds). The girl also supposed to have a great part in the story.

But now i know that Juni isn't blonde!! I was wondering, maybe DA changed the storyline, and add juni as opposed to that blonde, or they are saving her for the expansion!?

If someone know about this, pleaseee answer me will you, who and why is the story changed? 'cause it bothers me! ..a lot

Maybe it was something they cut out of the intro.

Hmm... you mean the destruction of freeport 7? Well i don't think so, because it was like in the mid-game. As soon as the station got attacked, Trent get to his fighter, and we got to play the mission as usual! So it was not just a cutscene, it's actually a mission!

Ouu... now i'm just getting more curious!!

I'd like to protest regarding the lack of redheads in the game.

There are heaps of redhead NPC's around.

I agree the storyline is excellent, Im only half way through and I don't think im going to draw it out much longer than necessary. Nuts to the guy who said it was predictable.

Well, the blonde girl isn't the only thing missing from your preview. Trent's interest in the opposite sex is MIA as well. He never hits on anyone, although some of the inane bar chatter can be fun out of context

Woman: "Trent, you were just here a second ago!"
Trent: "You strike me as the sort of person who could offer more."

heh heh...well...they have...bald-heads...not the exactly the kind of woman you would want to take out...well, at least they diversify...kind of...

*If you have a cat and a dog in the same house, will that be a problem? Of course not, you might just have solved world hunger*

Have you also noticed the almost total lack of anyone who is not of the asian or caucasian persuasion? I've counted like six black people in the entire game so far.

EDIT: BTW, it would be cool if you had the option to "flirt" with female bar patrons. There'd then be a random chance that:
a. Your rep would go up with her faction, and you might get some valuable information for free.
b. Your rep would go up, but your credits would go down...
c. Your rep would go down, and that NPC would never talk to you again.

Argh, not the race card again....

I'm not playing the race card, it's just something I noticed, since the area where I live (Washington DC) is extremely culturally diverse, and it seems a shame that most games don't reflect such diversity. FYI I'm "caucasian".
