SP Without Story Limits?

Right now I'm enjoying the story line, but eventually I will finish it. After some time exploring after the story finish I will want to start again. I would like to do it in Single Player mode without the storyline and it's limits. I.E. let me go anywhere, buy anything I have money for, and of course start with next to nothing. Can I do it?

You can start your own multiplayer server and play alone on it, or you can download a mod which disables the story from singleplayer (I think it's on the front page somewhere)
