starting Datastorm v3.91

I have downloased Datastorm v3.91. When I hit the run button I get a repeating message as below. It seems to be an endless loop that goes on for hours. I am continuously connected to the internet by DSL.

FL DataStorm Installer v1.1 - In order to run FLData.exe v3.91 there
are some System-Files needed - now checking if they exist...

Windows-System-Folder is C:\WINNT

* MS-VisualBasic v5 Files OK
- MSINET.OCX (Internet-Access) not found - now downloading:

I know its a cool program, but I find it extremely crappy in some places, the text on the map is waay too small, the interface isn't all that great, but still a good program none the less!
