Thanks for the info gunboatbilly. I think we [who do not knowhow to do the sort of stuff you did, have a way without changing the files. The WTS moders of this mod should maybe fix it { that is if it is possable to} in a future patch.

Its not as hard as it sounds i am new to this gameing stuff and at nearly 50years old if i can do it you young guns can if you cock it up all you do is delete the mod an reinstall it untill it works for you i only play in SP not confident enough to
go on line but at my age you can play about with the mods if you do not post them as your own most mod makers like you to play about you can some times give them some constructive feed back as to wots happening to the mod as you play about with it
As to the real mod makers i would like to say a BIG THANK YOU to all of them
for the hours of work they must put in to there work most of which is done in there spare time after a hard days work CHEERS GUYS

buy the basilisk it is very fast on the trusters you need the speed to catch the gunboats do not use the crusie engines just shot like hell

Hi there,
I am playing SP mode. At this moment i am ready to race with hovis.
Bugs:
1. No way to enter borg collective system. The game crashes. No matter wich system i use.
2. Once being at Alcatraz st. i got the USS Achilles. Because the Achilles is big, there was no way to leave the Alcatraz's bay.
3. At the Leeds syst., Brettonian police and convoy were shooting at Leeds to Freespace jump gate for no reason.
@ Crabtree. The trade lane STILL unfinished. You know, the one from the Planet New London to ... VEM.

Iniochos this has worked in the past, with large ships. After selecting launch and the cinamatics come on push escape. That should bring you into space.

i want to get past this mission some how
i cant find the file to mod the gunboat speed

I am also having problems with those missions Tomcat66.As I said before the modders {Bless Them} should fix this bug. We should not have to change files and stuff. Maybe someone else has a suggustion.Try another mod in the meantime. But come back to this one later.

Yeah I agree, get online Gunboatbilly it's a hundred times better and you get to fight with online ppl. I'd be happy to show you the ropes, etc and you could also join our clan if you like it's [DTFC and my chars are Prothesius or [DTFC-Prot.

the one that came in this mod is the ORIGINAL enterprise, not the Enterprise A as the name says, perhaps you could change that in a later patch

Another "bug" i would like to mention here. At Jupiter system, Munich station, i bought USS Enterprise E. For a reason the ship's slots for armory, shilds, thruster, were "deactivated". I even tried to fly as it was but the ship was standing at space with no shield no guns no engine.

What about the borg collective system. Does it work ?

yes inochos it works have played this mod for hours and still finding plenty
of things to shot at or be shot to bits by and so plenty of things to trade as well

@gunboatbilly: if you refer to borg system, unfortunately doesn't work. Every time i try to enter to the system the game crashes to desktop. And believe me i have ttried many different systems.

I also loved the Mod till 2.1 came out, it solved many bugs, but now more bugs have shown up than before.
I also know many Peeps, wich stopped playing this Mod caused of one of the Most liked Ships the Enterprise-E.
I also miss it, i am a fan of Star Trek, and that was the only Ship wich had a Chance vs. Bigger ships like the White Star.
If ya want ya can make it more expensive, but pls fix it in a 2.3 Patch, i'm really loosing my Fun without it =(
