Bug Report my beloved Makers

Check THIS:
mbases.ini standards:
weight = 13
offers_missions = true
mission_type = DestroyMission, 0.000000, 0.112387, 30
npc = li0101_lnavy_001_f

Is turned into:
weight = 13
offers_missions = mission_type = DestroyMission, 0.000000, 0.112387, 30
npc = li0101_lnavy_001_f

(Is this Explorer or BiniQDU?)

I've verified that it's the FLE that causes the problem.

Theres a number of problems with how FLE outputs but not all of them are the programs fault. FLE uses the old bini decompression routine which causes quite a few errors in the ini files. The 'offers_missions = mission_type =' error is just one example.
