Freelancer Explorer problem

Well, I can say that I have actually made my first mod. Yay! I don't want to spoil anything for you, I've heard it's going to be good. However, the base name came out as Advanced Beam2. I had Advanced Beam mod to punch my way through some Outcasts. This was in a Starflier. I must say it is cool...but is the mod why the name was screwed up? The infocard I made for the base isn't working either- it's blank. So are the people inside that I made- no names. No custom news, no missions. Equipment and ship deals came out OK, though.

This was done in Freelancer Explorer. Is FE defective? Or did I make a mistake? Do you need more info?

Have you put the link to your custom dll into the freelancer.ini file in the exe folder??

Also -are you running windows 98? (its a prob when running my mod, maybe others???)
