New Liberty Mod Feedback

I'm sure that there are quite a few people who share the opinion that Liberty is just plain weak in this game. DA purposely did it to facilitate the singleplayer game for whatever reason. The main weaknesses are in the ship stats, low levels, low firepower, low armor etc.

By doing a comparison of all similar ships in the game I extrapolated a likely set of stats for these ships(also the Anubis) and so now you have some more realistic ships in Liberty space. Another thing you will notice with this change is that you will now be able to buy some of those level locked items in Liberty space since now your ship can actually mount them.

What does this do for gameplay? Well try it and let me know what you think, all feedback is welcome. As with all of my projects they should be bug-free but you never know

Description:

New Liberty is a combination of 3 plugins; Ai Upgrade, Explosion Damage, and Liberty Upgrade. The overall goal to this project is to enhance the existing feel of the game and to make some balance changes, in particular fixing the Liberty House difficulty. The house ships in Liberty space have similar stats as other houses yet are much weaker, this project fixes that.

Features:
- Increased variety of ships in all space
- Ai uses nanobots and batteries
- Removed infinite power from Ai
- Added damage to ship explosions
- Upgraded the house ships in Liberty
- Upgraded the Anubis

sorry to burst your bubble a bit, but, all this was already done in another mod - go to http://www.ioncross.com/ to see it it's called Victor's MP Enhancement mod v1.62

I will check that out sometime but it doesn't mean I will stop working on this one. I may however combine this with the Real Space project since they would complement each other.

nice but u should allow all heavy fighters to use lvl 10 shields and guns.

also why take out the lens falre and sun spine on the othere mod??

I like, Liberty is not sich a wimp anymore.

One request, Could you update the ship infocards to show their new specifications?
