newbie question on Rebalance mod

Hi. I just installed the rebalance v3.4 (no upgrades) and see all this new equipment but there doesn't seem to be any explanations as to what exactly some of this stuff is for . Is there some kind of manaul or equipment list I can dl(?), because there is so much stuff to check out it is confusing.

ummmmm first of all iam not with the mod team, but try getting the upgrades for the mod 1st. also the mod is fine on my end and its the most stable one i think.
