Modding Rebalance

Hi, im a french noob in modding, and we're trying (with some palyers) to make a new server with rebalance...
I already traducted all .dll, but i've got some problems when I'm trying to change ships, in shiparch.ini, i've changed all caracteristiks but it not appear in game...
I've changed marcketships and it's cool, also marcketmisc but I really need helm about shiparch...
Is there another .ini to change for seeing my modifcations?

I'm the mod's creator and i might help if you need it.
Just what exactly did you changed in the shiparch NLM? Send me a copy of the modified shiparch by mail, and I'll take a look.
Btw, don't forget to add credits for the creator(me, Michael Dan) and the associates in your modified mod.
