ehhmm....
i'm a new freelancer and i would like to know something about mods....
i'v seen that this is the most downloaded mod, but i didn't find a detailed description of this mod, so...
can someone explain me what this mod do?

See the v3.4 Comments, Bug reports, and Suggestions forum, where you posted in there. I tried to give a short summary of it, but it does not cover ALL of the changes. That'd be pretty nigh impossible.
But I highly recommend you try it (if you're intersted in it, that is), as it's the best mod available, in my opinion.
