TNG probs

OK, here's the problem: I downloaded TNG 1.7, Installed Freelancer, Installed Freelancer Mod Manager 1.2, Installed TNG and then tried to play TNG. It worked fine until i tried to buy a new ship online, on every server when i buy a new ship I get kicked for 'cheating'! This has become quite irritating and I have tried re-installing everything to do with Freelancer to fix it!

If anyone has any ideas... HELP ME!

did you try to buy the same ship everytime? if yes maybe its just that ship. if no wel then i dont know. i dont even play the tng mod

Here is a novel idea - go to the starfyre studios website and ask there!! They made it, and they are more than willing to give support. There is no point asking us as we don't know much about it, ask the makers and you will get swift and prompt response..

Vindicare, we are going to need alot more information, than, it just kicks me for buying ships.
Which ships?
which Servers?
what are your computer specs?
etc,etc

we cannnot figure out a bug on general information, sorry

if you can get us the extra info and post on our site, in the 1.7 bug forums, that will make things alot teasier

I get kicked off all TNG servers, for buying any ship. i can launch with the starting ship but when i buy any other and launch I'm kicked off.

My specs are:

1 Ghz processor
128MB RAM
NVidia GeForce 4 64MB graphics card
Creative Sound Blaster sound card

I've tried to get on the Starfyre Studios forum but It won't let me onto the forums part of the site, but I am still trying to get onto that area.

The mod has not installed right, or you tried modifying it and are getting hit by the cheat detection.
