You should have checked FLScan 1.3 before you started this project Blank as it has an option to create all 3 path way files for any mod.

It maybe worthwhile contacting Rob (Accushot) to ask what algorithm he utilised in the path finding for FLScan. He's quite proficient, and may be able to give you some great pointers to make your utility more complete

I didn't know that FLScan did so much. Ah, well. It was good experience for me.

Chips: Coolness. I'll check out FLScan, see if there is any need to improve on it and release a separate utility for routes.

Blank there's no need to feel "stupid" bud, your a noob to FL modding and don't know what utilities are available to us, I only know what FLScan 1.3 can do because I use it's functions regularly.

Look on the bright side, another code head around here is just what we need.

Oh, there will be probably be stuff around here with my name in the credits eventually. I'm just regretting that I didn't jump into the community last summer when I bought Freelancer.

And, yes, us code heads prove to be useful, since everything you do on the computer involves programming in some way.

Update: Emailed Accushot, very nice guy. He explained the logic behind it, and it is very solid. There is no need to improve on it. For all of you that stumble onto this thread, make sure you grab FLScan 1.3 for all your path building needs!
