weird ips adressses

everytime i host a new game i get a weird ip adress and i cant join i did it on another computer and i came out normal wats wrong help me plz

What does the IP address look like? If it looks like A8:34:C3:2D:26:AE then you need to go to your network card properties and disable (or remove) IPv6.
