short and simple...

i cant figure out why i cant populate a zone...

im trying to create a battle field with 100+ ships figting all at once.

ALSO

i cant get the dreadnaughts to undock... im moding nightmare evolutions directly, and the dreads always get stuck on the ship... how do i prevent this?
