fled-ids error

I'm getting an error from fled-ids that I don't know how to fix. I selected the dll I was to use for my mod and entered a number in the resource ID spot and then entered the number I got in the ids_name space and clicked get ids_name then entered my data and saved it then I clicked ok on the popup, but when that went away an error that read this showed up "Error: BeginUpdateResource failed: 19" and when I hit ok it dosen't save, I have tried other dlls and it does not work as well, I have tried other conversions too and yet still nothing. Can anyone help me fix this?

Check to make sure the dll you're trying to change the IDS in isn't marked as 'read-only' by windows

Thanks Chris it works now that was the problem.
