INI Compresser

I need something that will compress my INI's for me, but it cant be a command line. Something such as a application. Even a BiniQDU with a compresser option on it would be cool.

Use the Freelancer Explorer

I didnt know that Explorer had an INI compresser. So which one is it, Freelancer Explorer or Freelancer Xplorer??

Freelancer Explorer the system making utility...
Freelancer Xplorer is a web browser...not much help compressing ini files.
