I've tried this before, but couldn't understand it. What is the basic knowledge of editing that you need?

You need the knowledge of Faction Modding, because if you don't know what the entrys mean, you can't create/edit a new one.

It's like a game: If you don't know how to play then your losing is predetermined

if u what a place to find a totrial on faction editing go to the lancersreactor foum there is a tutorial section there and there are sevral. or make a treade askin for help and someone will help.(most times.)
