I'll start off describing the problem.
I've played through all the main missions and can't get anymore levels up.(I'm at level 28)
I've saved up enough money to buy the Eagle Civillian heavy fighter, but I need to be level 30 to buy it.(which I think is really dumb anyway)
So I need to edit my save game. I've tried the savegame decoder utility and compiled it, but it won't re-encode my savegame file.(it keeps giving me Error: read() failed: no error) so either need a re-encoder that works or cheat to put me at level 30.
