Try Tinyfish's Ini Editor. It has bini built into it.

*sigh* Firstly - uninstall or delete other editors.

Next - go to downloads.

Next - click on category

Next - click the next button at the bottom until you notice that the category of EDITING has come up for some tools.

Next - look for the ini editor.

You don't have to search really - go to the downloads and take a look. IF you think its too much too look through to find it, and want a simple fix, then i suggest you forget modding altogether as you will not want to scroll through 100kb to 700kb or even a meg of TEXT to find one little line of reference. There are only a few downloads, it will take minutes - but reading through all those - hehe, added to that you will be looking for cryptic names, as the ships aren't in there with a heading for starflier, or a heading for Corsiars Salamanka class 9 weapons. They are in with ge_fighter, or fc_c_weapon01_mark03. One thing that will help u - find subxeros miscillaneous database. Its in downloads section - under miscilaneous surprisingly (or editing too possibly)
