What determines the name for a mod used in the FLMM window?

Because I want to have two versions of Next Gen mod; one for MP totally unmodded, and the other for SP, heavily modded.

If the mod doesn't have a script.xml file, the name of the mod's folder is the mod's name; if the mod does have a script.xml file, the line
<header name="Total Annihilation">
determines the mod's name.
