Need a .dll Editor?

Its called PE Explorer. Great utility for editing .dll's but it won't give you the ids_names.

This program is better than ResHack. In ResHack, I can't read the xml code; only hex.

I haven't tried reshack yet, and since I prefer the XML I don't think I will. But, does anyone know of another dll editor that is either cheaper or free. At download.com it says it's a 30 day trial and $125.00. I'm only doing this stuff for freelancer, for fun.
