does anyone know

I want to create my own style costumes, does anyone know how to do this?
are there any programs/utilities that let you totally revamp the costumes, like change colours? I think the Liberty unifroms are a bit bright. Anyone else think this? that they should be made more military like?

I dont know of a program, but there are a few tutorial style help things in the downloads section I think. Obviously in the future camoflage is out, and clown style is in.
