mission justice

in the mission where you have to go rescue steiner, the 2 kurgens jump in to get to the boarding ship - remember ? then bandit tells u to blast them. i'm wandering, is bandit that brainless or does he not know how to select subtargets? u could just blast the 3 turrets on each of them. just 6 !! how much could that hurt ?? then they would be floating chunks. (i still dunno if u can target the engines) they'd be harmless rite ?

Moose: watch out! missile on our 6!!

YES! exactly! you can't target the engines, but I did destroy all 6 turrets on both Kurgens. They're harmless, unless they decide to ram themselves into the Saladin. But it does not work you need to destroy them to end the game.

yeah I tried disarming aswell but they just carried on floating around!!!! I thought it was going to be a bonus objective if you saved them.

true, and I find in that mission that there's nothing like flying up behind them cloaked to point blank range before letting rip
The only thing missing would be the look on their faces

say - 3 for each of the turrets (considering how junky their stuff are) plus 2 pilots, and a bunch of nothing. so, that might add up to around 10 ??

I carry 2 hammers for that mission. When the word is given, they can have fun with the missiles while I do other things. yum yum.

Reaper: $200,000,000.
Rockets: $100,000
The look on that pilot's face when you launch a full pod of screamers up his tailpipe: priceless

it's rather unfortunate that the mission doesn't allow for the disarming of the kurgens. i think kurgens shoud allow 2 kills to the score board

2 hammers!! wow, thats alot, i carry one per mission "just in case" but a tempest can take out a kurgen with just one pass with its primaries (question is it pronounced like its spelled, kurgen or is it pronounced Ker-i-gen?)
