starlancer demo

I saw a friend playing starlancer....he had lost the disk and the place he got it from doesn't sell it anymore.....can anyone tell me where to get the demo?

Okay, FF ... an honest opinion requested. I'd never even heard of SL until after I got FL. Would you still say SL is worth getting, or has FL spoilt me for it? From what I see on the SL forum, it looks like a fun game.


And yes, I started downloading the SL demo. But from my part of the world -- and with the cr*ppy ISPs we have -- I saw it would take nearly 4 hours, so I gave up.
