Tutorial Requests - Please Read!

Hello, i am looking for some users that will help me to provide tutorial requests for the following:
<ul>
<li>In Multiplayer, players can dock with moving capital ships (Liberty Dreadnought and with your own Cpaital Ship if it has a docking hardpoint).
[*Buyable Prison Liners with about 20 turret hardpoints.
[*Colouring ships in Milkshape.
</ul>

That's a very nice idea, i tried to make something like that happen but with no result, I hope there is someone who can do that.
