How do you remove cutscenes?

How do you remove the docking cutscenes? I know it can be done. I think it is done in either the Rebalance mod or the TNG mod.

I've searched the forums and come up with how to remove the Single Player cutscenes, but not the docking multiplayer cutscenes. Thanks for any assistance.

I swear I have searched the forums and I can't find how to remove the Docking Cutscenes. Plenty of threads about removing the opening cutscenes(which I already knew how to do).

You know, you can generaly skip them by pressing esc or something.
