how can i edit an existing wreck

I wanna change the the amount of guns in the wreck and also the rate in which the wreck refreshes...

PLEASE HELP ME IF POSSIBLE....

it's in
data\ships\loadouts.ini
must use bini program to decompile the .ini files.
search forum for bini
