NAV MAP TUTORIAL NEEDED!!

I must know how to complete your nav map, ie, I make a new character, and i can see the enitire sirius sector, from jump holes to wrecks; in short, I WANT THE ENITRE NAV MAP WITHOUT DOING THE WORK!
