open market_ship.ini in using some ini decryptor .
search for li01
in there look for bh_elite2
now look up a ship that is sold at li01 say startflier
look at the numbers at the end of its entry eg: 0,1,1,0,1,1
modify the numbers of the ship of your choice so that they are the same.
i think the nickname for dagger is bw_fighter, not sure though.
note the first number shows the lelvel at which ur allowed to buy the ship
ie if the no is 26,1,1,0,1,1 it means allowedto buy at level 26
