what program to modify dlls

anyone know what program we can use to modify the name dlls. infor card dlls .
i know there is a tutorail on here but it is hosted somewhere esle & is never working
I have visual basic 6 , but have yet to take the dive into the program

Frustrating isn't it? When the links people set up in their tutorials fail to work. I believe the programs you need are the following:

1: ResHack ( for .dll and id card modification )

2: Freelancer.ini Referer ( to calculate the ids_names and ids_info numbers

These programs are available either at the download utility page, or as a link ( assuming that you can get them to work ) in various tutorials on the subject.
