Milkshape Triangles???
I know you can, but I can't figure out how to make DAMN triangles, I'm just trying to teach myself how to use it, not to good though.... 
1. Create 3 verticies.
2. Push the "face" button.
3. Click on each of the 3 verticies counter-clockwise (should turn red with lines between).
The created face is then facing toward you or out (white side). To reverse, use the face menu and reverse the vertex order.
