*question*ho do you edit online accounts?

I've finally got Freelancer, and started an online clan but I'm wondering how can I edit the other people's accounts. I've got files and I know I need an editor and/or viewer but which ones!

What files include the player accounts? I want to transfer the accounts to another computer, Do you know if I can do this?
