Hello guys

I have modded many PC games inc, Maifa GTA3 and the C&C games.

Im very interested in modding freelancer if you could post links or just the names of the nessicary programs I will need.

All you need for the most basic modding is an INI file decrypter. Also, I suggest you do an awfull lot fo backups

Naturally, I would suggest my program (Bini LIte)

I think its quick and easy to use. And you do not have to go any where near command lines

I dont know what other people think.

my suggestion would be shsan's (i think thats right, sorry if it isnt) 2d system editor, incredibly easy to use. Also once your mod has been made you'll want the Freelancer mod manager and get it to work with that (which is easy) as FLMM is the easiest way to get your mod to work with most peoples computers.
