HOW DO I FIND MY SHIP IN SHIPARCH.INI?

How do I find the ship I'm looking for in the shiparch.ini?

They don't list any names of ships ... I need their ID number ... I'm looking for Bounty Hunter ships.

Try seeking it by serching values

hit_pts - armour of the ship
cargo_space - load of the ship

and so on...

PS: any changes ypu make will take effect after restarting the game... and are NOT visible when you look at ships stats (ie. SHIP SELL/BUY shop or whatever it is)
HINT- I looked for a ship
1) i found all ships with XXXX armour
2) Editet 1th ones CARGO capacity to 1
3) restarted the game
4) try to buy something
If that is the ship than by selecting any item to buy 1 item will take FULL cargo space... if not... try it with the second and so on

Try looking at the create Hardpoints tutorial. At the near end, you can find a blue hyperlink Here. That will navigate you to a site where it will show you the ID code for EVERY single ship. If you still can't find, tell me what your ship is and I help you

Look in the editing tutorial form. under Compilation of all ids names by reynen
here is a list that must of taken reynen a long time to put together
